Processing Time
All orders are printed and fulfilled by Printful. Please allow 2–5 business days for production before your order ships. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery status directly with the carrier.
International Orders — Duties & Taxes
International shipments may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and local taxes upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in your order total. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing an order.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Because our products are made to order, we can only accept cancellations or modifications within 24 hours of placing your order. After production has begun, we are unable to make changes. Please contact us immediately at info@sandycoastsurf.com if you need to modify or cancel an order.
